About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Team Leader to drive excellent customer service and operational performance for the SKIMS brand in our Abu Dhabi store. You will lead a team of sales associates, oversee merchandising and stock control, and ensure the department meets its targets.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain Retail/Brand standards and ensure personal grooming standards are upheld.
- Coach, support and role‑model team members, including induction of new starters.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers, identifying needs, recommending products and closing sales.
- Resolve customer complaints directly or escalate to the Store Manager.
- Monitor stock levels daily, report low stock and minimise loss on the sales floor.
- Train staff on department procedures in collaboration with the Store Manager and training department.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, including refunds, security and health & safety.
Required profile
- High school or “O” Levels education.
- 2–3 years experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a retail environment.
