About the role
We are looking for a proactive Team Leader to oversee the Surveillance team at Atlantis The Royal in Dubai. The role involves supervising Surveillance Officers, managing the resort’s command centre and supporting incident commanders during critical events.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and schedule Surveillance Officers in the resort command centre.
- Monitor and manage CCTV operations to ensure continuous coverage.
- Conduct audits of access‑control systems and lead investigations using CCTV footage.
- Collaborate with incident commanders and contribute to the hotel’s emergency management plan.
- Maintain and update the electronic security and security management systems.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of security experience in a comparable hotel environment.
- Valid SIRA licence and solid knowledge of UAE security legislation.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to protecting guests and staff.
