Technical Consultant – Call Center (Night Shift)

About the role

The Call Center Technical Consultant will provide after‑hours support for BMW customers in Abu Dhabi, delivering remote vehicle diagnostics and coordinating roadside assistance. Working night shifts, you will act as the first point of contact, ensuring a smooth and reassuring experience for every caller.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and log after‑hours calls, gathering essential customer and vehicle information.
• Perform remote diagnostics to identify vehicle issues and advise customers.
• Handle enquiries about car status, products, services, promotions, and branch locations.
• Escalate technical queries promptly to the team supervisor.
• Follow scripted telephone etiquette while maintaining a professional and empathetic tone.
• Dispatch appropriate assistance such as tow trucks or technicians to the customer’s location.

Required profile

• Pride in delivering CRM‑driven customer service and retaining brand loyalty.
• Strong communication skills with an empathetic, reassuring approach.
• Willingness to work night‑shift hours and handle high‑volume call environments.
• Ability to capture and analyse after‑sales market information.
