Technical Lead Consultant

About the role

The Technical Lead Consultant will guide the delivery of Midis Group’s products and solutions across multiple industry sectors. Reporting to senior management, the role combines hands‑on technical design with team leadership to ensure projects are completed on schedule and to client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Determine project requirements, allocate deliverables and create work schedules for the engineering team.
• Collaborate with clients, management and internal teams to keep projects aligned with standards and timelines.
• Develop technical specifications, design, configure and implement client solutions.
• Conduct testing with clients, document designs, best practices and implementation guides.
• Provide post‑implementation support during the stabilization period and identify new sales or service opportunities.
• Deliver technical training to clients and produce progress reports, risk analyses and recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in technical consulting or solution delivery.
• Proven ability to lead and coach engineering teams, conduct performance reviews and develop succession plans.
