Technical Office Manager

About the role

Archirodon is seeking an experienced Technical Office Manager to lead its technical office team on EPC projects in Abu Dhabi. The role involves overseeing technical documentation, ensuring compliance with ADNOC standards, and coordinating with multidisciplinary project stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise engineers, draftsmen, and document controllers.
• Review, verify and approve shop drawings, material submittals and method statements.
• Ensure all technical documents comply with ADNOC standards and Oil & Gas regulations.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, procurement and consultants for seamless execution.
• Manage design changes, variations and technical issues to avoid delays or cost overruns.
• Maintain document control, version management and timely submission of technical documents.
• Provide periodic technical progress reports to management and stakeholders.

Required profile

• B.Tech / M.Tech or equivalent in any engineering discipline.
• 10–15 years of experience in Oil & Gas, EPC/EPCM or large infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience on ADNOC projects in the UAE, with strong knowledge of ADNOC standards, specifications and HSE requirements.
• Familiarity with UAE statutory requirements, authority approvals and local regulations.
• Ability to work in a multicultural, high‑pressure environment and coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors.
• Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
