Technical Product Manager – Enterprise Data Management

About the role

The Technical Product Manager will own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of enterprise data management products, data platforms and processing solutions. Reporting on the product vision, you will align roadmap with the organisation’s data strategy and ensure continuous delivery of value to business users and data consumers. This role demands a customer‑centric, data‑driven mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast‑moving environment where priorities evolve quickly.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the product vision and roadmap for enterprise data management, ensuring alignment with data strategy, governance and scalability goals.
• Collaborate with business, analytics and technology stakeholders to communicate strategy and translate platform capabilities into deliverable plans.
• Work with Solution Architects, Data Architects, Data Engineers and Software Engineers to specify non‑functional requirements such as quality, security, performance and scalability.
• Support the flow of work through the portfolio Kanban, manage the product backlog and reprioritise items based on business and customer needs.
• Present product vision and upcoming features during Program Increment planning and facilitate system demos for stakeholder review.
• Participate in daily scrums, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives, and coordinate architectural runway for new data integration and processing solutions.
