Technical Project Manager

About the role

Quantex a is looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of data‑analytics implementation projects for its global client base. You will work within a multidisciplinary Delivery team, collaborating with engineers, analysts, data scientists and architects to achieve optimal outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full project lifecycle, from planning and execution to final delivery, ensuring scope, timeline and budget are controlled.
• Identify, mitigate and resolve risks and issues, maintaining high standards of quality and best practice.
• Manage commercial and financial aspects, negotiating contracts using Time & Materials or Fixed‑Price models.
• Coach and mentor technical team members to raise capability and deliver high‑quality outputs.
• Engage with client and internal stakeholders to define strategies, expectations and success criteria.
• Collaborate with Quantexa’s global Project Management practice and external delivery partners, including major consultancies and system integrators.

Required profile

• Proven project management professional with a track record of delivering complex, high‑impact projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, able to influence both client and internal teams.
• Experience working autonomously while knowing when to seek organisational support.
• Ability to manage commercial contracts and financial reporting for projects.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and their practical application.
