Technical Senior Coordinator

About the role

The Technical Senior Coordinator supports the technical officer in managing product and sample development processes for packaging solutions. This role ensures that all technical documentation, bills of materials and routing are accurate, while maintaining compliance with regulatory and food‑safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the technical officer in finalising product approval forms (PAF).
• Review and complete FCRs, requesting missing information as needed.
• Create and sign off Bills of Materials (BOM) and routing for both FCRs and sample orders.
• Coordinate sample requests, including checking material availability, issuing artwork requests, and updating sample backlogs.
• Liaise with planning, production and QA to ensure timely execution and validation of samples.
• Generate technical data sheets (TDS) and dispatch forms, notifying logistics and warehouse teams.
• Compare new sales orders with existing FCRs and resolve discrepancies.
• Develop BOMs, routes and product properties for new commercial orders and revise existing ones when required.
• Plan and oversee raw‑material (RM) trial testing, update evaluation logs and issue final disposition reports.
• Ensure products meet statutory, regulatory and food‑safety requirements through regular external testing and certification.
• Enforce health and safety policies, conduct risk assessments and communicate safety information to the team.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technical coordination within a manufacturing or packaging environment.
• Strong understanding of product development documentation, BOM creation and routing processes.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with planning, production, QA and logistics teams.
• Knowledge of regulatory and food‑safety standards applicable to packaging products.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
