Technical Support Manager – Refrigeration & Cooling Solutions

About the role

Solstice Advanced Materials is seeking a Technical Support Manager to lead cooling‑applications engineering for stationary refrigeration, air‑comfort, and process‑cooling markets across MEAI. The role blends remote flexibility with on‑site collaboration and is central to transitioning the market to ultra‑low GWP refrigerants.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Stationary Refrigeration, Air Comfort, and Process Cooling businesses in MEAI, driving adoption of ultra‑low GWP refrigerants.
• Collaborate with customers, distributors, business development, marketing, sales, and technology teams in the USA and China to secure technical solutions for growth programs and key‑account projects.
• Lead communication initiatives, present technical arguments, and defend Solstice’s refrigerant portfolio in the market.

Required profile

• Thermodynamics expertise with deep knowledge of refrigerants, compressors, heat exchangers and cooling systems.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience (e.g., refrigerant manufacturer, refrigeration consultant, OEM) and an established industry network.
• Fluent English; proficiency in another MEAI language is a distinct plus.
