Technical Training Senior Manager

About the role

The Technical Training Senior Manager will lead the design, delivery and continuous improvement of technical and safety training for Miral Experiences Technical Services teams. The role ensures that colleagues have the knowledge and competencies required to perform preventive maintenance, inspections and other technical tasks safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate and conduct technical training sessions for technical services staff.
• Develop, update and maintain training materials such as presentations, workbooks and manuals.
• Identify emerging training needs and create programs to address them.
• Coordinate external training activities and manage related logistics.
• Maintain accurate training records, track certifications and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Mentor and coach other trainers on content and delivery techniques.
• Support the Technical Training Director in budget management and procurement of training resources.

Required profile

• Proven experience in delivering technical training and using varied teaching methodologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable speaking to groups.
• Strong decision‑making, organizational and planning abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with management, technical teams and external providers.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous professional development.
