Technician Operator

About the role

We are seeking a Technician Operator to join our water treatment team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining reverse osmosis (RO) plant equipment, ensuring reliable production of treated water for desalination and utility applications.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor RO plant systems, including membranes, pumps, filters, and dosing equipment.
• Read and interpret technical parameters and operational logs to maintain optimal performance.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on control panels and related hardware.
• Adhere to basic health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements in an industrial setting.
• Prepare clear communication and reports on plant status and incidents.
• Work rotating shifts as required to ensure 24/7 plant availability.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Environmental Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in RO plant operation, water treatment, desalination, or utilities.
• Fluent in English.
• UAE experience preferred.
• Willingness to work shift patterns.
