Technology Project Specialist – Airline Revenue & Offer Management

About the role

The Technology Project Specialist – Airline Revenue & Offer Management will lead the delivery of technology projects that enable airline commercial capabilities such as revenue management, pricing, distribution and ancillary services. Reporting to the Head of Offer, you will coordinate cross‑functional teams and external vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and aligned with business value.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of technology projects across revenue, offer, pricing, distribution and retailing platforms.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, RAID logs, governance updates and delivery reporting in line with PMO standards.
• Lead requirements gathering, scoping, impact assessment and solution definition with business and technology stakeholders.
• Coordinate delivery across internal teams, vendors and third‑party technology partners such as Amadeus, PROS, ATPCO and Airnguru.
• Track project scope, risks, issues, dependencies, change requests and delivery constraints.
• Ensure outcomes are aligned to business value, operational readiness and measurable benefits.
• Facilitate communication between Commercial, Revenue Management, Distribution, Digital, Technology, PMO and vendor teams.
• Support testing, implementation readiness, business adoption, post‑go‑live activities and lessons learned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Business Administration, Aviation Management or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing technology, systems or business transformation projects, preferably in airline, travel technology or digital commerce.
• Strong exposure to airline commercial technology platforms, especially revenue management, pricing, offer management and distribution.
