Technology Support Specialist (Associate) – On-site in Dubai

About the role

EY is looking for an Associate Technology Support Specialist to join its Enterprise Technology team in Dubai. The role is on‑site and focuses on delivering reliable hardware, software and mobile support to EY employees, ensuring a secure and productive work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy, install, configure and test firm‑standard hardware and software.
• Support onboarding and off‑boarding processes, including provisioning and de‑provisioning of devices.
• Coordinate repairs, reinstall software and resolve incidents for end‑user equipment.
• Provide after‑hours escalation support with minimal supervision.
• Manage asset procurement, inventory, tracking and distribution in line with EY policies.
• Support off‑site technology needs for meetings, events, office moves and relocations.
• Act as “remote hands” for other EY Technology teams such as Telecommunications and Hosting.
• Identify trends in incidents and proactively address technology issues that could affect productivity.

Required profile

• UAE national seeking a long‑term career in technology.
• Approximately 2–4 years of experience in end‑user technology support.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong analytical, communication and customer‑service mindset.
• Ability to prioritize incidents and clearly communicate timelines.
