Tele Caller / Sales Representative

About the role

Caartl, a fast‑growing vehicle trading and auction platform in the UAE, is seeking an energetic Tele Caller to be the first point of contact for prospective car sellers. You will manage inbound leads, explain the company’s value proposition, and convert interest into scheduled vehicle inspections – the gateway to our auction process.

Key responsibilities

• Call and follow up with incoming leads from car sellers.
• Explain Caartl’s process, value proposition, and answer basic pricing or process queries.
• Qualify leads and arrange vehicle inspections with the inspection team.
• Maintain accurate lead records in the CRM or tracking system.
• Consistently follow up on pending or uncommitted leads to maximise conversion.
• Coordinate with inspection and buying teams to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
• Track daily call volume, conversion rates, and inspection bookings; report metrics to management.
• Handle basic objections and rescheduling requests professionally.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, or lead conversion (automotive experience a plus).
• Excellent phone communication and persuasion abilities.
• Target‑driven with a high volume of daily outbound calls.
• Comfortable using CRM or lead‑management tools.
• Patient, organized, and consistent with follow‑ups.
• Fluent English; Arabic and/or Hindi preferred.
