Tele Sales & Lead Qualification Agent – Automotive After‑Sales Services

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Tele Sales & Lead Qualification Agent to join our automotive after‑sales team in Dubai. You will be the first point of contact for vehicle owners, helping them schedule service appointments and converting enquiries into confirmed jobs.

Key responsibilities

• Contact vehicle owners proactively based on service due dates, mileage and seasonal maintenance needs.
• Qualify inbound enquiries within 30 minutes, identify intent, urgency and preferred booking time.
• Book confirmed service appointments and coordinate with the service advisory team.
• Present service packages, promotions and maintenance plans, handling pricing objections and upselling where appropriate.
• Maintain accurate, real‑time records in Zoho CRM, update vehicle profiles and ensure no follow‑up is missed.
• Generate weekly reports on call activity, lead status and booking conversions.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in telesales or appointment‑based sales within automotive after‑sales.
• Familiarity with automotive service terminology and maintenance intervals.
• Fluent English with professional telephone communication; additional language (Arabic, Hindi or Urdu) preferred.
• Ability to manage high‑volume calls and meet strict turnaround times.

Required skills

• Zoho CRM (or comparable CRM system) for data entry, pipeline management and follow‑up scheduling.
