Telegram Community Manager

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Telegram Community Manager to own our Telegram channel end‑to‑end. You will grow, moderate and keep the community active, safe and commercially valuable, shaping strategy rather than following a preset plan.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow large‑scale Telegram channels and groups
• Plan and deliver engagement, growth and retention strategies
• Run promotions, giveaways and community campaigns
• Set up and maintain bots and automation workflows
• Moderate content, manage anti‑spam measures and protect community quality
• Track performance analytics and report on growth and engagement

Required profile

• Proven hands‑on experience managing and growing large Telegram communities
• Strong working knowledge of Telegram channels, groups, bots and automation
• Track record in community engagement, growth and promotional campaigns
• Experience with moderation and anti‑spam tooling
• Comfortable analysing performance data and optimising accordingly
• iGaming, betting or crypto experience is a strong advantage
