About the role
Le Méridien Hotels & Resorts is looking for a Telephone Operator to join its Guest Experience team in Dubai. In this role you will be the first point of contact for guests calling the hotel, providing information, handling requests and ensuring a smooth and memorable experience throughout their stay.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming telephone calls promptly and courteously.
- Provide guests with accurate information about hotel services, local attractions and reservations.
- Process guest requests, such as wake‑up calls, transportation, and room service orders.
- Record and forward messages to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain up‑to‑date logs and reports of call activity.
- Uphold the hotel’s quality standards, confidentiality and safety policies.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- No prior work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
