About the role
We are looking for a Telesales Agent to join our real estate brokerage team. The ideal candidate should be confident in making calls, generating leads, and converting prospects into clients.
Key responsibilities
- Make cold calls and outbound calls to potential clients
- Generate and qualify leads through telephone communication
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
- Follow up consistently with leads and prospective clients
- Schedule property viewings and appointments
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups
- Achieve monthly sales and call targets
Required profile
- Minimum 6 months of sales experience – mandatory
- Real estate experience preferred
- Cold‑calling / telesales experience is mandatory
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Multiple language skills are highly preferred
- Target‑oriented and confident personality
- Good knowledge of English
- Immediate joiners preferred; candidates currently based in Dubai are preferred
