Telesales Executive – Furniture

About the role

We are seeking a confident and proactive Telesales Executive to generate qualified enquiries and book appointments for our furniture sales team. You will engage both business clients and individual customers, understand their furniture needs, and arrange meetings with our specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential business clients and individual customers.
• Introduce our furniture collections and bespoke solutions.
• Connect with interior design firms, architects, fit‑out contractors and other business partners.
• Reach decision‑makers, identify upcoming furniture requirements, and qualify leads.
• Understand customers’ preferences, budgets and purchase timelines.
• Share catalogues, product information and company introductions via WhatsApp and email.
• Schedule meetings, showroom visits and appointments.
• Follow up on enquiries and maintain accurate contact records.
• Meet targets for call activity, qualified enquiries and appointments.

Required profile

• Fluency in English and Arabic, both spoken and written.
• Previous experience in telesales, cold calling or appointment setting.
• Experience communicating with both businesses and individual customers.
• Strong telephone communication, listening and relationship‑building abilities.
• Good organisational skills and consistent follow‑up.
• Confidence handling objections and identifying genuine interest.
• Experience in the UAE market is preferred.
• Background in furniture, interior design or fit‑out is a plus.
