Temporary Sales Assistant (6-month) – Dubai

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Temporary Sales Assistant to support our sales leadership and team in Dubai for a six‑month period. You will play a key role in preparing presentations, coordinating events, and ensuring smooth administrative processes across the MEA region.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare PowerPoint presentations and detailed Excel reports.
• Assist the Head of Sales and Head of Solution Sales in daily activities.
• Organise events, meetings, business trips and customer visits for the sales team.
• Handle travel and visa arrangements in line with the GDFZE Travel Policy and follow up on bookings.
• Support internal workshops and visits, ensuring local logistics are ready.
• Contribute to monthly HUB MEA reporting and financial consolidation.
• Monitor and audit Salesforce revenue data and sales pipeline for accuracy.
• Assist in feasibility checks and delivery planning for major revenue drivers, especially Central Bank projects.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Management, Administration or Accounting.
• Experience in sales, finance or sales operations support.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• High attention to detail, strategic thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage time effectively and adapt to change.
