Tenant Relations Manager – Arabian Center

About the role

The Tenant Relations Executive is responsible for fostering positive tenant relationships and ensuring efficient mall operations. The role includes managing work permits, coordinating mall procedures, engaging tenants in marketing activities, and maintaining compliance with operational standards at Arabian Center.

Key responsibilities

• Approve and dispatch work permits for maintenance, display and merchandising, and follow up to close open permits.
• Communicate with tenants about mall events, policies, compliance, and support outstanding payments.
• Conduct pre‑opening meetings for new retailers and coordinate exit procedures for departing tenants.
• Engage tenants in marketing programs, conduct weekly inspections, and ensure safety and hazard prevention.
• Prepare and submit monthly sales, performance, and footfall reports, as well as budgeting and forecasts.
• Support finance and facilities teams with outstanding payments, utility bills, and AMC charges.
• Maintain up‑to‑date compliance documents, tenant data, and performance trackers.

Required profile

• Graduation in any discipline.
• Fluency in English.
• 3‑5 years of coordination and follow‑up experience, preferably in a shopping centre environment.
• Strong internal and external coordination skills.
