Tender Engineer – Commercial & Estimating

About the role

The Tender Engineer will lead the commercial and estimating processes for assigned tenders, ensuring all requirements are met from initial enquiry through to contract award. This role involves close coordination with subcontractors, suppliers and the project department to guarantee seamless project hand‑over.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all commercial and estimating activities for assigned tenders, from receipt of enquiry to contract award.
• Coordinate subcontractor and supplier requirements, ensuring compliance with tender specifications.
• Prepare and review tender documents across sectors such as ports & marine construction, land digging, filling & levelling, dredging & reclamation, bridges & dams, service lines, and coring & ditching.
• Facilitate the hand‑over of awarded contracts to the project department for execution.

Required profile

• Residency in the United Arab Emirates.
• Male candidates preferred.
• Member of the Society of Engineers UAE (mandatory).
• Successful completion of at least one Dubai Municipality test.
• Relevant experience in tendering within construction or related sectors.
