Territory Manager (Hybrid)

About the role

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Territory Manager to work on a hybrid model, spending on average two days per week in our Dubai office. You will act as a trusted advisor to partners across the region, helping them align with HPE’s business priorities and drive joint revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor to partners such as VARs, distributors, system integrators, ISVs, and managed service providers.
• Develop and execute joint business plans that drive HPE revenue, profitability, and pipeline.
• Communicate HPE’s global and local strategies to enable “sell‑with,” “sell‑to,” and “sell‑through” partner models.
• Tailor solutions to the partner ecosystem, highlighting HPE technology advantages.
• Build executive‑level relationships with one or more partners to increase market share.
• Coordinate sales cadence, education, marketing, executive briefings, forecasting, and client engagements with partners.
• Lead account mapping and alignment between partner and HPE sales teams.
• Promote HPE marketing strategies through partner channels and drive pipeline growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience in channel or partner sales within the technology sector.
• Strong ability to build and maintain executive‑level relationships.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience in forecasting and business planning.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate complex solutions.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Dubai for part of the week.
