TikTok Creator Network Manager

About the role

CloudNine HRC is seeking a commercially driven TikTok Creator Network Manager in Dubai to lead and expand its TikTok LIVE Creator Network across the UAE and the wider region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead creator acquisition and onboarding for the TikTok LIVE network.
• Develop and mentor creators to improve performance and retention.
• Manage livestream operations and ensure high‑quality broadcasts.
• Oversee performance management and commercial growth of the network.
• Coordinate a high‑performing team and drive revenue initiatives.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in TikTok LIVE, creator networks, MCNs or related social‑media businesses.
• Proven track record in creator acquisition, management or livestream operations.
• Experience building or developing a creator talent community is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of TikTok LIVE ecosystem and livestreaming business models.
• Commercial awareness with ability to manage KPIs and drive revenue.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a high‑performing team.
• Excellent communication, relationship‑building and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in Chinese and English.
• Experience in the UAE or broader Middle‑East market is an advantage.
• Entrepreneurial, proactive and hands‑on approach.
