Trainee IT Officer

About the role

We are seeking a motivated graduate to join our IT team in Abu Dhabi as a Trainee IT Officer. The role provides hands‑on exposure to IT administration, supporting multiple departments and ensuring smooth communication between users and the IT department.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure all IT forms (access forms, handover forms) are properly completed and filed.
• Create and activate access cards for floor access.
• Create IT requests for hardware and software for new joiners.
• Prepare the attendance report for UAE nationals and forward it to HR.
• Maintain and update local IT asset registers for projects (laptops, monitors, accessories).
• Follow up on pending IT requests to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate simple logistics such as receiving IT items, labeling them, and storing them correctly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of computers and office applications.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
• Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
