Trainee Procurement Engineer (UAE National)

About the role

Rejlers is seeking a newly graduated UAE national to join its Abu Dhabi office as a Trainee Procurement Engineer. You will support the procurement function across our oil & gas, petrochemical and industrial projects, gaining hands‑on experience in sourcing, supplier management and cost control.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement plans aligned with project requirements.
• Review, compare and analyse products and services for purchase.
• Enforce procurement policies and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory, pricing and supplier records.
• Build and sustain strong supplier relationships.
• Negotiate contracts and monitor supplier performance.
• Conduct market research and evaluate new supply options.
• Prepare budgets, cost analyses and procurement reports.

Required profile

• UAE national, recently graduated with a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or a related engineering discipline.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong desire to learn, share ideas and uphold quality and safety standards.
