Training & Onboarding L&D Specialist (Remote, Part‑Time)

About the role

We are partnering with a leading AI lab to enhance its language model by training it on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. The role is fully remote and offers flexible hours, allowing you to work 5‑20 hours per week (or more) on a freelance basis.

Key responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI‑generated onboarding playbooks, facilitator guides, curriculum outlines, and engagement‑tracking spreadsheets.
• Develop manager enablement decks and skills‑assessment rubrics that meet L&D and people‑ops standards.
• Collaborate with AI engineers to ensure output quality across core workflow documents.
• Maintain high‑quality documentation with strong attention to detail and consistent formatting.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience designing corporate training, onboarding, or learning‑and‑development programs.
• Direct ownership of facilitator guides and curriculum outlines.
• Proven ability to build robust tracking spreadsheets and assessment rubrics.
