Training Specialist – STEM

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Training Specialist to deliver hands‑on STEM education for K‑12 audiences across the UAE. The role combines product testing, content creation, and on‑site training to empower educators and inspire students.

Key responsibilities

• Test, evaluate and develop training content for K‑12 and STEM‑focused products.
• Prepare and present training proposals tailored to business requirements, including travel to client sites.
• Support marketing events and workshops by assisting with planning, setup, execution and breakdown.
• Deliver hands‑on STEM sessions using kits to teachers and school staff.
• Conduct on‑site demonstrations and training sessions in schools.
• Design and facilitate student‑focused activities that encourage innovation and problem‑solving.
• Update existing training materials and create new activities as needed.
• Maintain and manage the inventory of hardware kits provided for training.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering STEM or technical training to educators or students.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly across the UAE.
• Strong communication skills for presenting concepts to diverse audiences.
• Ability to develop clear, engaging training materials and hands‑on activities.
