Transport Officer

About the role

The Transport Officer will lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of transportation services for our school, placing student safety and wellbeing at the forefront of daily operations. You will work closely with school leadership, staff, and families to ensure reliable and compliant travel for all learners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage transportation schedules and routes.
• Supervise transportation staff and allocate resources effectively.
• Ensure the safety, maintenance, and regulatory compliance of school vehicles.
• Communicate and coordinate with parents and guardians regarding transportation needs.
• Monitor compliance with safety standards and maintain accurate transportation records.

Required profile

• Proven experience in transportation management, preferably within an educational setting.
• Relevant certifications in transportation management or logistics.
• Strong knowledge of transportation regulations and safety standards.
• Demonstrated commitment to safeguarding and health & safety practices.
