About the role
The Travel Executive Assistant supports senior executives of a recruitment agency in Dubai by handling all travel logistics, allowing leaders to focus on strategic initiatives. You will work in a fast‑paced environment where strong organization and attention to detail are essential.
Key responsibilities
- Arrange and coordinate flights, accommodations, and ground transportation for executives, creating detailed itineraries and managing contingencies.
- Maintain travel records, ensure compliance with company policies, and produce expenditure reports for budget control.
- Negotiate with travel service providers to secure optimal rates and services.
- Assist in planning corporate events and meetings, handling logistics, catering, and technical support.
- Act as a liaison between executives, HR, and finance to align travel arrangements with company policies and employee benefits.
Required profile
- Ability to think critically and adapt quickly to changing travel situations.
- Passion for delivering exceptional support to senior leaders.
