Treatment Coordinator

About the role

The Treatment Coordinator will manage daily interactions with new and existing clients for Furless Permanent, a leading electrolysis and beauty training brand in the UAE. Reporting to the CEO, you will drive client loyalty, support sales targets, and provide insight on CRM performance.

Key responsibilities

• Register new clients, convert leads from social media, WhatsApp, calls and emails, and achieve sales targets.
• Maintain ongoing communication with the Marketing Manager to design promotions.
• Engage pre‑ and post‑treatment clients, schedule follow‑up appointments, upsell services, and handle feedback or complaints.
• Implement systematic follow‑up processes for leads and clients.
• Conduct regular meetings with therapists, operations, and branch managers.
• Plan and execute external communications, including events, offers and promotions.
• Manage the client database, generate weekly and monthly performance reports for the CEO and CFO.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in beauty business management, sales, client relations or relationship management.
• University/college degree or equivalent preferred.
• Background in aesthetics, beauty therapy or cosmetology is a plus.
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales and customer‑satisfaction KPIs.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Working knowledge of CRM platforms.
• Experience with salon‑specific software.
