TRR Coordinator – Shipping Operations

About the role

The TRR Coordinator will act as the central communication hub for Milaha’s container shipping services, ensuring that vessel loading information is accurately shared between internal teams and external partners. Based in Dubai, the role supports the delivery of shipments in line with customer commitments and operational schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate internal information flow among Container Shipping Operations, Liner Operations, Sales, Commercial, Agencies, Pricing, and Management teams.
• Communicate loading schedules and updates to customers and third‑party shipping agencies.
• Maintain close liaison with agents to address specific customer requirements.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental procedures, reporting any incidents promptly.
• Exercise authority to stop work when unsafe conditions are identified.
