About the role
The Emirates NBD University Work‑Placements Program is a structured internship initiative aimed at UAE nationals who are currently enrolled in university. The programme offers hands‑on learning experiences within the banking sector, allowing participants to work on real business projects, receive mentorship from experienced professionals across multiple departments, and apply academic knowledge in a dynamic corporate environment. Through practical assignments, interns develop core technical, analytical and professional skills essential for a career in finance. Participants will gain exposure to various banking functions such as retail, corporate, and treasury, and will have the opportunity to network with senior leaders.
