UX Designer – Contract (Dubai)

About the role

Brainlake is seeking an experienced UX Designer with strong UI capabilities to work on complex digital products and services in Dubai. The role is primarily UX‑focused (about 80%) with occasional UI design tasks (20%).

Key responsibilities

• Translate business requirements, research findings, and user needs into clear UX solutions.
• Define user journeys, flows, navigation structures, and information architecture.
• Create low‑ and high‑fidelity wireframes for web, mobile, and responsive experiences.
• Design complex multi‑user journeys and define interaction patterns, states, and edge cases.
• Produce interactive prototypes to validate concepts and identify usability issues.
• Collaborate with researchers, service designers, product, business, and technical teams.
• Present UX decisions to clients and stakeholders.
• Deliver polished UI designs when required, adhering to the design system.
• Contribute to design systems, component libraries, and reusable patterns.
• Leverage AI‑powered design tools to accelerate exploration, wireframing, prototyping, and repetitive tasks.

Required profile

• 4+ years of hands‑on UX design experience.
• A portfolio that showcases UX‑heavy work: user flows, IA, wireframes, interaction design, and problem‑solving.
• Proven experience designing complex digital products, platforms, or services.
• Ability to turn ambiguous or complex requirements into clear design solutions.
