About the role

Rotana Hotels is seeking a dedicated Valet Parker to join the team at Beach Bay Hotel Al Mirfa. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest service by efficiently handling guest vehicles and supporting overall hotel operations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival, issue tickets promptly, and park vehicles safely.
• Return cars to guests within five minutes of request.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of hotel services and respond to guest inquiries.
• Conduct handover at shift start, gathering information from previous colleagues.
• Perform cleanliness tours at the main entrance to ensure high standards.
• Forward guest complaints or issues to supervisors.
• Safeguard all guest car keys and accurately record each vehicle parked.
• Maintain good public relations with guests, meeting or exceeding expectations.
• Support airport and crew transportation flow when applicable.
• Adhere to UAE driving regulations at all times.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar valet or hospitality role.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Well‑presented, proactive, and friendly attitude.
• Reliable, calm under pressure, and a safe driver.
• Competencies: understanding the job, taking responsibility, recognizing differences, customer focus, adaptability, teamwork.
