About the role
We are looking for a VAT Assistant Manager to lead high‑impact client work and support strategic tax initiatives in Dubai’s fast‑evolving regulatory environment. The successful candidate will deliver complex VAT advisory and compliance services across multiple jurisdictions while collaborating closely with senior leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Provide VAT advisory and compliance services to UAE and international clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction.
- Mentor and develop junior staff members.
- Stay up‑to‑date with evolving VAT legislation in the UAE and related jurisdictions.
- Support cross‑border referrals and coordinate with other tax teams.
Required profile
- ACA, ACCA, CTA, ADIT or equivalent qualification.
- 4+ years of post‑qualification experience in a large international accounting or consulting firm.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Proactive, collaborative and client‑focused attitude.
