Vehicle Acquisition & Pricing Specialist

About the role

Bayut & dubizzle are looking for a Vehicle Acquisition & Pricing Specialist to manage the acquisition, pricing and inventory of used cars on the dubizzle platform. The role focuses on generating new listings, negotiating prices, and ensuring a healthy profit margin while maintaining optimal stock levels.

Key responsibilities

• Price a wide range of vehicles within dubizzle’s guidelines, adjusting for mileage, colour, warranty, engine specifications and condition.
• Negotiate with customers to achieve efficient sales and target a minimum 10% profit margin.
• Maintain an average stock age of 30 days and meet monthly listing and margin targets for managed and auction sales.
• Enter vehicle and customer data accurately into Salesforce CRM to keep databases up‑to‑date.
• Conduct outbound calls to generate new branch sign‑ups and build lasting customer relationships.
• Oversee the end‑to‑end representation process from meet‑and‑greet to handover, enhancing the customer experience.

Required profile

• Valid UAE driver’s licence.
• Minimum two years of automotive experience with a proven track record in vehicle acquisition or pricing.
• In‑depth knowledge of the GCC used‑car market and a wide range of makes and models.
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently.

Required skills

• Salesforce CRM proficiency.
• General CRM software experience.
