Vehicle Inspector

About the role

We are hiring a Vehicle Inspector for the dubizzle Cars team. You will carry out detailed inspections on cars of all body types and prepare comprehensive reports that include mechanical, electrical, paint, and underbody assessments.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect automotive vehicles to ensure compliance with emission standards and governmental regulations.
• Assess engine, transmission, steering, suspension, brakes, interior, electrical systems, air‑conditioners, tyres and ECU/Sensors.
• Evaluate paint condition and identify accidental or wear‑and‑tear damage.
• Check for missing, dysfunctional or illegal parts and equipment.
• Conduct VIN investigations and review auction history, complaints and total loss claims.
• Take professional photographs of inspected vehicles and document findings.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports and suggest improvements where necessary.

Required profile

• High School diploma or Mechanical Diploma.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• At least 5 years of experience as a vehicle inspector.
• Mechanical and electrical automotive work experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency for report preparation.
