About the role

Join the Cabin Crew Training team at Emirates Group as Vice President, leading the design and delivery of world‑class training for a globally diverse cabin crew workforce. Based in Dubai’s state‑of‑the‑art training facility, you will shape the strategic direction and ensure training excellence across safety, hospitality, and operational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Translate the approved Cabin Crew Training strategy into scalable, high‑impact programmes for cabin crew and external hospitality partners.
• Oversee continuous training needs analysis to keep programmes aligned with business priorities, industry trends, and emerging regulatory requirements.
• Design and implement future‑ready training solutions, embedding blended learning models, advanced training technologies and digital learning platforms.
• Partner with digital learning teams to ensure consistent learner experiences and support the Group’s innovation roadmap.
• Lead, mentor and develop a diverse team of training professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Ensure all training interventions meet Emirates brand standards, operational requirements and long‑term capability development goals.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in learning and development, preferably within aviation or a similarly regulated industry.
• Strong track record of designing and delivering large‑scale training programmes that drive operational excellence.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and cross‑functional teams.
• Strategic thinker with a focus on future‑ready learning solutions and digital transformation.
• Demonstrated ability to lead high‑performing, multicultural teams.
