Vice President – Cluster PMO (Secure Intelligence Systems)

About the role

The Vice President – Cluster PMO will lead portfolio governance and strategic delivery for EDGE’s Secure Intelligence System Cluster. Reporting to senior Cluster leadership, the role ensures that major programmes, business priorities and entity portfolios are aligned with Cluster objectives and delivered with disciplined oversight.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight of the combined portfolio across all Cluster entities, aligning priorities with capacity and resources.
• Offer senior oversight of major programmes, driving progress against agreed outcomes and resolving significant delivery issues, risks and dependencies.
• Establish and maintain effective governance and performance management frameworks, ensuring consistent visibility, accountability and reporting across entities.
• Deliver consolidated insight on portfolio performance, risks and priorities to support timely decision‑making by Cluster leadership.
• Coordinate cross‑entity and functional initiatives to align strategic programmes and ensure seamless execution.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in portfolio and programme management within large, multi‑entity organisations.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive governance discipline.
• Strong analytical and decision‑support skills, with a track record of delivering strategic outcomes.
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
