Vice President – Corporate Coverage (Dubai)

About the role

This senior position offers an experienced corporate banker the chance to lead client relationship management and business origination for a leading international bank in Dubai. You will work across the Middle East, delivering tailored financing solutions to large corporates in diverse industries.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with large corporate clients across the Middle East.
• Originate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth across corporate banking products.
• Structure and deliver financing solutions in partnership with product and risk teams.
• Lead client pitches, prepare marketing materials, and support transaction execution.
• Conduct financial analysis and assess credit and financing opportunities.
• Collaborate with coverage, product, credit, legal, and capital markets stakeholders.
• Monitor market and sector developments to identify opportunities and enhance client coverage.
• Mentor junior team members and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.

Required profile

• 7‑10 years of experience in corporate banking, coverage, or relationship management within the Middle East.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting or related field; CFA and/or Master’s preferred.
• Strong understanding of GCC corporates and an established regional network.
• Proven track record of originating business and managing senior client relationships.
• Solid knowledge of corporate banking products, credit analysis, and financing structures.
• Strong financial analysis and modelling capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
