Vice President, Product Management – Network Products (EEMEA)

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Vice President of Product Management to lead its Network Products and RTP payments portfolio across the EEMEA region. The role focuses on shaping product strategy, driving market adoption, and delivering profitable growth for the global payments network.

Key responsibilities

• Drive switching penetration and profitable revenue growth for network and RTP services.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of regional market dynamics, customer needs, and competitor strategies.
• Define and execute go‑to‑market and commercialization strategies for new and existing network products.
• Engage regional stakeholders, regulators, and customers to promote awareness and adoption.
• Lead the regional product development process, shepherd concepts through PME/Studio to market launch.
• Own the regional P&L, overseeing rollout, scaling, and monetization of product offerings.
• Act as the spokesperson for Mastercard’s core network in the region, communicating competitive differentiation.
• Provide input to global product development based on regional priorities and support ongoing product management for existing solutions.

Required profile

• Significant experience in payments or fintech.
• Strong understanding of the industry value chain and Mastercard’s business model.
• Proven ability to interact with senior leadership and influence across the organization.
• Excellent collaboration skills and ability to build relationships inside and outside the company.
• Comfort with ambiguity and managing complex projects.
