Villa Host

About the role

The Villa Host is the primary point of contact for guests staying in private villas at Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort. You will welcome guests, manage in‑villa check‑in, personalize their stay and ensure a seamless, high‑quality experience throughout their visit.

Key responsibilities

• Support Front Office operations, including arrivals, departures, check‑in, check‑out and upselling opportunities.
• Prepare villas, pantries, amenities, minibar and private cellar according to guest preferences and resort standards.
• Proactively contact guests before arrival to gather preferences and personalize their stay.
• Welcome guests on arrival, conduct in‑villa check‑in, provide orientation and explain resort facilities.
• Coordinate guest requests with relevant departments and ensure timely follow‑up.
• Deliver personalized services such as dining recommendations, excursions, shopping assistance, laundry and special arrangements.
• Maintain daily villa services, including housekeeping requests, turndown, amenities and special arrangements.
• Handle departure procedures and post‑stay follow‑up.
• Follow health, safety and security procedures and report any hazards immediately.

Required profile

• Professional grooming, appearance and conduct at all times.
• Excellent knowledge of resort facilities, services, activities and daily guest movements.
• Ability to anticipate and respond to guest requests, complaints and preferences.
• Strong communication skills for briefings, logbooks and shift handovers.
• Commitment to health, safety and security standards.
