About the role

As a Villa Host at Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort, you will deliver highly personalized service to guests staying in private villas, ensuring every stay is memorable and exceeds expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Anticipate and fulfill guest needs with prompt, attentive service.
• Supervise, direct and assist villa staff to maintain impeccable cleanliness and upkeep.
• Coordinate villa maintenance and liaise with housekeeping and engineering teams.
• Maintain the highest professional standards of hospitality throughout the property.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English; additional languages a plus.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Butler or Villa Host in a quality hotel or resort.
• Friendly, outgoing demeanor with a proactive, resource‑oriented attitude.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
