Villa Operations Manager

About the role

The Villa Operations Manager will oversee daily operations of the villa portfolio at Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and smooth coordination across departments.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Rooms Division Manager and Assistant Front Office Manager in developing and delivering training plans for all villa host team members.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the Property Management System and monitor daily arrivals, handling VIP or special requests.
• Liaise with housekeeping, room service, and guest relations to fulfill guest needs and resolve issues promptly.
• Prioritize and manage negative guest feedback in line with established guidelines.
• Take ownership of shift operations, driving quality standards, guest satisfaction, and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures.
• Promote upselling opportunities within the department.
• Foster a motivational work environment and keep the team updated on hotel products, rates, and facilities.
• Conduct room and floor inspections to ensure quality compliance.
• Coordinate with the Accounting Department on front‑office financial procedures and commission payments.
• Support local tour operators and travel agencies, ensuring smooth handovers between shifts and timely follow‑up on guest requests.
