Villa Operations Manager

About the role

The Villa Operations Manager will oversee daily operations of the villa portfolio at Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and seamless coordination across departments.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Rooms Division Manager and Assistant Front Office Manager in designing and delivering training programmes for villa host teams.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the Property Management System and monitor daily arrivals, VIPs and special requests.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, room service and guest relations to fulfil guest needs promptly.
• Handle negative guest feedback according to established guidelines and drive guest satisfaction.
• Enforce Standard Operating Procedures, conduct inspections, and ensure quality standards are met.
• Drive upselling initiatives and maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge across all hotel services.
• Liaise with Accounting for front‑office reporting, audits and commission payments.
• Support tour operators and travel agencies, ensuring smooth hand‑overs between shifts.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of property management and front‑office procedures.
• Proven ability to train and motivate a hospitality team.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills for handling VIP requests and guest complaints.
• Attention to detail for quality inspections and SOP compliance.
• Effective communication with cross‑functional departments and external partners.
