About the role

Atlantis The Palm is seeking a dedicated VIP Services Agent to deliver exceptional, personalized service to its most discerning guests. You will be the primary point of contact for VIP guests from arrival through departure, ensuring every need is anticipated and met.

Key responsibilities

• Provide proactive, high‑touch service to VIP guests, handling requests and ensuring satisfaction.
• Maintain the setup and cleanliness of the Royal Majlis Lounge.
• Manage VIP check‑ins, escort guests, and coordinate concierge enquiries.
• Offer orientation and guidance on resort facilities and experiences.
• Collaborate with other resort departments to fulfill special requests.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar hospitality or concierge role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, luxury‑service environment.
• Service‑oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding guest expectations.
