VIP Waiter

About the role

We are looking for a friendly, attentive, and professional VIP Waiter to join our Ushuaia beach club team in Dubai. The role involves delivering high‑quality food and beverage service to VIP guests while supporting business development and relationship management.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach and onboard new VIP clients, building a personal network of guests, promoters and industry contacts.
• Maintain long‑term relationships with VIP guests, acting as the primary point of contact before, during and after visits.
• Drive table reservations, bottle service sales and event packages, promoting upcoming events and artist line‑ups.
• Represent the venue at industry events and partner locations to expand the client network.
• Maintain an accurate VIP client database, track leads, conversions and revenue, and provide regular reports to management.
• Coordinate bookings, deposits and billing, liaise with floor teams to ensure expectations are met, and support shift handovers.

Required profile

• High school diploma; hospitality, business or marketing degree is a plus.
• 2‑3 years experience in VIP relations, business development or sales within nightlife, F&B or premium hospitality.
• Established network of VIP clients and contacts in Dubai is highly desirable.
• Proven track record of meeting sales or booking targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills with a polished professional presentation.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment and flexibility to work evenings, weekends and late nights.
