Visa Consultant – Russian Speaking Clients

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Visa Consultant to join our Dubai office, helping Russian‑speaking clients navigate tourist and business visa applications across the UAE, Qatar and Saudi Arabia. The role is full‑time and on‑site, offering the chance to work closely with travelers and ensure smooth processing of their documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Assess client eligibility and advise on appropriate visa types for outbound travel.
• Review, prepare and submit visa applications, ensuring all required documents are complete and accurate.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments with embassies, consulates and internal teams.
• Track application status, provide timely updates to clients in both English and Russian.
• Maintain organized case files and update internal tracking systems.

Required profile

• Fluent in Russian and English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple cases in a fast‑paced environment.
• Customer‑service mindset, professional and empathetic.
• Bachelor’s degree in any field.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
• Experience using digital tools for documentation and case tracking.
