Visa Consultant – Sales

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Visa Consultant to join our Dubai team, focusing on international visa sales and global holiday packages. You will guide clients through visa applications, convert enquiries into confirmed bookings, and deliver tailored travel solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Handle visa enquiries for Schengen, UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Japan and Asian/Middle‑East destinations.
• Provide accurate visa consultation, review documentation and ensure compliance with each country’s requirements.
• Convert enquiries into confirmed applications and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Sell and customise global holiday packages across Europe, Asia, Africa, the Americas, CIS and the Middle East.
• Prepare quotations, itineraries and travel proposals based on client needs.
• Coordinate with suppliers, DMCs and internal teams for seamless execution.
• Generate new business through leads, corporate clients and travel partners while maintaining long‑term relationships.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in international visa sales and travel consultancy.
• Strong knowledge of visa procedures, documentation and application processes.
• Proven track record in selling global holiday packages.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Located in the UAE and able to work in a fast‑paced, target‑oriented environment.
